It’s another great Roust The House Teen Performance Night Tonight, Friday, Nov 8, followed by a free Outpost Music Appreciation session entitled, “What Is This Thing Called Jazz?” with legendary drummer Albert “Tootie” Heath, Sunday, Nov. 10.  Don’t miss this opportunity to hear some personal stories from one of the jazz legends! And coming up the following week, it’s a triple threat line up with Miguel Zenón returning to the Space (11/14), followed by Steel House with Edward Simon, Scott Colley and Brian Blade (wow!) on Nov 15, and Cedric Watson w. Bijou Creole (11/17)! PLUS, it’s Outpost’s 2nd Annual CD/Vinyl Fair (11/16)!

The 2nd Annual CD/Vinyl/Music Book Fair to Benefit Outpost on Saturday, November 16, 10 am-3 pm at Outpost promises another day of fun shopping for your favorite vinyl records, CDs, music books, sheet music and more! Thousands of items covering a wide range of musical genres and lots of great deals! And it all goes to support Outpost! If you become a new Outpost member prior to November 10 (new members only), you will receive a $20 voucher to be used at the fair! Last year’s inaugural event was a great success and so much fun, that we decided to do it again this year, so come join us and help make this year’s event another great one, all in support of your home away from home – The Outpost!
