Founders Day Fiesta—Old Town Albuquerque

Outpost is happy to work with the City of Albuquerque in presenting the 2010 Annual Founders Day Fiesta in Old Town, this year celebrating Albuquerque’s 304th birthday. Held throughout Old Town and on the Plaza there will be block parties, an Outdoor Market, the Founders Day Parade  and performances highlighting each of the five eras that define New Mexico history. Performers include the United Native Council Native American Drumming and Dances;  Los Coloniales de Santa Fe 1800s Spanish Dances; Mariachi Nuevo Mexico; The National Institute of Flamenco; culminating with a performance at 4pm by Hillary Smith & Soul Kitchen.
